    KOER Codes 94 & 44...any fix??

Okay, so the codes are for the air management system, but how do I eliminate these codes or fix/diagnose it so they go away? Are they changing any other parameters in the ECU being present...(a/f ratio)? The car is an '89, and no I haven't 'deleted' the smog equip. ...JRichker, any input?

Trickflow kit installed on 88gt with problems!

Did you change the tb at all? If so you need to check the tps voltage. If not, have you adjusted the stock tb to raise the base idle? If so you still need to check the tps voltage and set it correctly. Pull the codes and let us know.

    tossed between which size tire?

A correction for ya... The 35 and 40 aren't the sidewall height in mm, but a percentage of the tire width in mm. So, 35% of the 295 tire would have a 103.25 mm sidewall and 40% of the 275 tire will have a 110 mm sidewall. Now rethink your options.

DC Fan Controller Users...In Here Now...Help!!

Where is the best/most common place to get a switched Acc. wire under the hood near the battery? Right now I have it hooked up to constant 12v for cooling after shutdown, but I'm not able to use the 10% min feature due to this.

DC Fan Controller Users...In Here Now...Help!!

Yeah the fan does come on, but seems like a little late, or it isnt getting enough power from the controller. The t-stat is also opening for sure too. Before the switch temps would be 185-190 under normal driving and idle. Now with the electric fan temps are at ~210 idle and shoot up to ~230+...

How do you change tranny fluid in T-5?

its not too bad. on the pass side of the tranny there is the fill and drain plug...drain is on bottom of course. uses a 3/8 ratchet. drain fluid into pan or whatever, replace drain, open top plug to fill and add ~2.5 qts. easy way to fill it is to go to autoparts store and find...its like a...

DC Fan Controller Users...In Here Now...Help!!

I know the stock guage isnt accurate, but the t-stat, guage, and temp sensor havent changed so why is it now showing sooo much hotter. The stock guage can't just be put to blame.

    Freeze Plug Questions

I actually used a scotch brite pad which did the job. It was suggested by someone that builds motors that I can use some JB weld around the plugs and it will seal the leak as a longterm band-aid (read: mickey mouse). I guess I have decided to pull the motor again to redo all the plugs. I don't...

    Freeze Plug Questions

I thought about that...maybe they are a little crooked and aren't sealing, ...so tap the edge where it's leaking from I guess. I can only get to 2 of the 6, unless I lift the motor and remove the mounts. Oh yeah and after 24 hours it only leaves a half-dollar size spot on the ground but thats...

    Freeze Plug Questions

I recently rebuilt my block, and anyways I used a Clevite kit for all the plugs. When I installed them I also used a slight coat of Ultra Black silicone around the edges as suggested by a few people. Well I finally got to start her up and each and every one (6) leaks slowly, more like 'seeps'...

I can't get it out of the hole!?! (pilot bearing)

Head down to your local auto parts store that loans out specialty tools for a 'small' refundable deposit, and ask for an 'inside bearing puller'. No real effort to it, easier than slide hammer job. Usually the inside bearing will come out first then the outside bushing will come out next. Hang...
