    yes i have smog in the car, but don't know were to start or what to check, the only code i have now is 82- thermactor air circuit, intergrated controller circuit, thats a koeo code, and i have 44-thermactor failure koeo. were do i start? anyone have a clue

    ok, i hooked up the fuel pump secondary circuit and the vss wires, ends up the car used to have cruise but someone hacked it out. i've been in the garage for about 5 and a half hours playing with wires and such, so i will go back out tommorow and finish up and see whats up, tired as anything...

    Ok well i finished putting all the mass air stuff and car seems to run fine, but i ran codes and came up with the following, need some help figureing out what to do to fix the problem, the two things i havn't hooked up are the fuel pump wire and the vss (because my car dosn't have one) ok here...

    ok thanks for the info, i will go look under the hood tommorow and see what i come up with. hopefully it used to have cruise, as 88 didn't need vss sensor for the SD compuer, only 89 and up. that much i was able to find out. but if mine did have cruise there should be 2 linkage on my throtle...

    my car is in my garage, it's a summer only car, but i need a better heating solution that the one i have lol, as for cruise were would the controls be located? if they were on the steering wheel it has been replaced with a aftermarked grant. if thats the case i guess i gotta get the car up in...

    sorry for not mentioning it is a standard, do all mustang 5 speeds have a vss sensor, this is a 88 gt, and it dosn't have cruise control. so would it still have a vss on the transmission. the damn car is so low i cannot see under it and it's -12 degres celcius, i froze my arse off today...
