    Help! Brake swap -> 01 GT to 95 V6

    2 piston calipers are an improvement over single piston calipers. Pressure is even on both sides and keeps the pad from warping which causes major brake fade and warpage.

    A load of 20 Brand New Mustangs were set on fire at a local train yard in the City of Industry, which is an industrial part of Los Angeles County. the story did not mention what year stangs were involved. This yard is a major distribution point and is a high security and locked facility. Arson...

    Road Rage?

    Crazy thing is the City of Los Angeles has one of the tightest and paperwork crazy gun control laws. Heck, you have to sign off on any ammo you buy. L.A. County is another story. That combined with State of CA and BATF rules...well, u get the picture. This city even has a ban on small handguns...

    Service engine soon?

    Try and disconnect the battery first for about 5 minutes to clear the codes and reset the computer. If that does not work, tell your mechanic to do a diagnostic and get the trouble code(s). A simple tune up should not be causing the light to come on unless it uncovered a problem that is not...

    Cobra...BMW

    There is such a thing as European POS's. They too have their moments cuz were all human and s--t happens. :lol: Bottom line is that both cars are different. Cannot compare apples with oranges. Each has its own merits and our decisions are mainly based on that. Can you say, Backward...

    I want this front bumber skirt!!!

    Chin spoilers belong on the 99 up stangs, just like the Mach 1. Our body styles don't belong to that group. Speaking of CDC, get a Cobra front Bumper instead. :D If u really like that look, get a Saleen bumper. Compared to the 99 and up stangs, I agree that our body style has the worst...

    Lowering Springs or Under Drive Pully?

    I have Sprint Springs that lowered my 98 vert 2-1/2" in the front and 2" in the rear w/KYBs all around. Erbody is going to be different in opinions regarding what springs to use. It all depends on what you are looking for in ride quality, handling, looks of your car, etc. If you want close...

    Best way to change a 02 sensor

    Use either a proper size box wrench or buy an o2 socket and go for it. Should come right out unless you live in snow country and is rusty as hell down there. If so, use wd40. Then put anti-sieze onto the threads of the new sensor and tighten to specs. You might as well replace the other one...

    Anyone here have 245x40x17's mounted on 17x10.5 rims?

    The 245s on a 9 inch rim is still correct and a proper accepted set up. I don't agree with the set up looking funny or not looking right and looks stock. I have 245s on 17x9 "R"s with the sidewalls being straight and having enough of it between the road and rim. I have 255x50x17 on my 10.5s and...

    best mods for a V-6

    Rolling Resistance is the term. :notnice: I still chirp my tires even with 17 x 10.5" in the rear. :nice: ...& unless ur running w/squeeze, a S/Charger, Turbo, or a built 3.8 Stroker motor, stay with duals and run 2.25" pipes. Larger than that (2.5" and up) kills your torque and HP. I...
