Anyone here have 245x45x17's mounted on 17x10.5 rims?

I know what is correct tire size for the appropriate rim. I just am curious if anyone has them mounted. Do they look okay or ride nice? Does the bead look like its about to pop?

Thanks Y'all.
:nice:

The 245s on a 9 inch rim is still correct and a proper accepted set up. I don't agree with the set up looking funny or not looking right and looks stock. I have 245s on 17x9 "R"s with the sidewalls being straight and having enough of it between the road and rim. I have 255x50x17 on my 10.5s and just hate that hotrod look. On that set up, the sidewall is more rounded than the 245s w/the 9 inch wheels. That is why I was wondering cuz if anything, it would be probably look similar. The 17x9s just don't fill up that rear wheelwell like the 10.5s do. I have used 1" spacers in the past and that just did not look right.

It would not be so bad if the fronts did not stick out further than the rears. :bang:

on a 10.5 in wide rim wouldnt you need like a 295/30 or something? if not wider i know this is a bad comparison but my friend got 10.5 inch rims for his jeep and he put 12.5 tires on it. but i have seen 10.5 in rims in mustangs before and i think they run with 295-315
