    3.5" wheels only come in one backspacing, so you don't have any options there. Most people use a 5.5", or a 4.5" BS on an 8" wheel. I have 5.5" BS, my tires tuck nicely inside the fenders. With a 4.5" the tires will stick out a bit beyond the fenders. See my Web site for pics. HTH.

    I just called Weld Racing. The guy I spoke with told me to remove the wheel and check it for stress cracks, and if it looks ok to torque it back down to 85-95 ft/lbs.

    So there's nothing wrong with the wheel? This wheel has ticked since the day I bought it (brand new). I'll try remounting the wheel, maybe I'll get lucky. I guess Weld doesn't have issues selling 'ticking' wheels to everyone - that's crazy!

    Anyone ever heard of this before? I have an annoying tick coming from one of my wheels. Two different people have told me it's the Weld wheel. They said it's a two piece wheel, so it flexes, thus making the annoying tick. Is this true?

    I'll probably shop around for a nice used one to save some money. My stock TB needs to come off to fix an exhaust leak (worn out gasket), so I figured while it's off I would upgrade it. I don't want to spend too much money on the TB 'cause I need headers bad.

    From what I've read, a mildly modified stang doesn't need anything larger than a 65mm TB - is this not correct? Also, what's a TPS and how do you adjust it?

    I'm looking at either the Edelbrock, or Ford Racing 65mm TB. Are there any other parts I need to make the swap besides a 67mm EGR spacer? Thanks!

    There's a seperate relay for the flashers and the blinkers. The flasher relay should be located on the back-side of your fuse panel. The blinker relay is behind the dash more toward the steering column. It's a blue cyclinder looking thing. HTH.

    My car idles like it has a mild cam in it for maybe a minute after startup. My mechanic found a small exhaust leak due to an old, worn out throttle body gasket. Since the old TB has to come off to replace the gasket, I'm trying to decide If I want to go ahead and slap a larger (65mm) TB on.

    ram360, I'm not lowered. I'm running 245/60/15's on an 8" Draglite with a 5.5" backspace. I originally tried flipping the quads - the tires cleared, but the quads were up against the shocks, so I decided to remove them. I was surprised that I had to remove them for a 245/60. I think something...

    I removed my quad shocks 3 weeks ago, now I'm hearing a knocking sound coming from the driver side rear tire. I only hear the noise when weight is applied to that side of the car (turning right, additional passengers), or when I hit a dip/bump in the road. I had my wife and brother in the car...
