    Well, I'm going to guess it's something from when the car was rebuilt after my accident. The repair job was second-rate, to say the least (I had to go back to get them to fix a bunch of stuff the shop messed up). My big worry is, what else is hanging in by the last thread???

    I'm beginning to suspect maybe we're suffering from a combo-deal of issues, which add up to draining of the battery. Sounds like there are at least 2 fairly different examples of behaviour which result in a drained battery.

    Threw the wife under the car and she found it. One of the screws which hold the brake pedal bracket fell out - the other preparing to do the same! All sorted now - thanks once more, Bigcat.:nice:

    WOW! Mine is flush - doubt you could even push a sheet of paper between the hood and scoop. I'll get a pic 4 you! Def need to get that fixed - looks like a tacked on piece from a different car!!!
