    Question on TB's, MAF's, phenolic spacer, and MAD 6al box

    the phenolic spacers are basically useless and a 1.5 inch wont fit with a stock hood. the maf is a worthwhile mod at this point but you will feel no gain from a tb or from the msd box. you may want to also look into underdrive pulleys and an afpr.

    i had this same problem except my car would only go 14.1@98 i swithched to a 190 lph fuel pump and the next weekend went 13.3@105 with a much worse 60' time. I would change that pump out asap.

    4500 rpm miss

    i also think you should check the fuel pump. my car was gutless up top and when i switched to a bigger fuel pumpit fixed that. i also gained 8 tenths and 7 mph.

    i think you should be in the mid 14's with those mods. the t-body is definately not right for the combo but it shouldnt hurt you. id do all the regular maintenance stuff that was posted above and see if that makes a diff. also run some injector cleaner through it or maybe even try some seafoam.
