it sounds like a weed whacker and a dewalt drill fighting in the lawn from inside the house. there are decent "rice" exhausts but none of the pepole into that stuff dump the cash on the real thing they just throw on the walmart muffler and call it a day.
my freind lives over on 102nd and man its rice parade 24hrs a day over there it gets really bad at about 2am when all the wannabe street races come out. and do rev bys on pepole.
supras are no joke there are quite a few shops around here that have 9 sec or faster ones driving around here even the older mkIII supras are still good base cars you can get a good amount out of them with an intake exhaust and a boost controler

i like to roll my car a little bit then use the ball of my right foot to just apply enough brake to get it to stop and stay there. then use the heel of the right foot to bring it up to about 2300rpm then dump the clutch and watch the smoke pour out.

ups blows a fat one they sent a package of parts worth 300$ from summit to some random house in florida that the completly wrong coast from me i live in freaking oregon it took them 4 weeks to replace my package but i got it next day air and my money refunded.
id recomend picking up a copy of a book called maximum boost it will help. its got all the stuff in it you will need to pick the right sized stuff for your car and power range. and covers how to desing and build your own kits
www.s10fourm.com is probly your best bet on that one and like stated above it sounds like its the cpi gremlins. im not much help on that seince mine is a 91tbi rig
ive heard that the stock rears will hold up to 500hp before they give out. and hes still running the stock 195 size tires how the hell dose he keep it planted lol.
