compression fitting fine for brake line? NEED ADVICE PLEASE!

i think i'm just going to buy a preflared line and bend it myself. i'm guessing that the leak is caused by deteriation of some sort, so i might as well do the drivers side at the same time. probably the best idea huh.

compression fitting fine for brake line? NEED ADVICE PLEASE!

maybe autozone has a flaring tool i could rent. i was thinking maybe i could just cut off 1/2" or so, put a new flaring on and bolt her back together. there should be enough bends/slack to do that.

Input Shaft Bearing? Aweful noise..and not T/O.

i wouldn't doubt it's the TO bearing again, but it could be the pilot bearing in the back of the crankshaft. mine went bad a couple of years ago. i remember it being a whirling noise, maybe a grinding/sqeeling noise. it's almost like a wheel bearing but much smaller. all the little roller...

Why go some guys combos just run so great??

once you start modding or building a motor, it's all about getting parts that match each other. people that run better than others with the same mods seem to pay attention to the little things. also may pay more attention to the tune, run the car harder, practice more often, etc. track...
