Hi, I'm working on a project and I had to drop the idler tension er down a little to get some things to fit and that made it closer to the alternator. Now I'm wondering if a 3g is going to fit. I would like to go with the SN-95 style alt in case I have problems on the road parts will be easy to...
When the noise of my fox got smashed I was offered a low amount and they wanted to keep the car
I asked the adjuster to leave before he had to limp out and told him I will see you in Court.
He said something about the book value I told him I didn't drive a book to the shows or cruise ins...
OK, I used RangerJoes diagram to figure out how the relay works. I hooked up a relay on the workbench and I was using a test light just sort of playing with it and I couldn't figure out how to get the fans to kick on if I only used one standard relay. Mustang5L5, I forgot to mention that I'm...
Hi, I'm going to be wiring up a relay for an electric fan and using a aftermarket relay. I didn't get a wiring diagram with it.
On the bottom of the the relay the terminals are marked
85 86 87 87-a 30
Please keep in mind that I have air and want the fans to kick on with the

I'm trying to get new heater hoses and a by pass hose from the zone and I'm having a heck of a time. I had to order the hoses and when they came in they weren't even close. The guy behind the counter came out and looked at the hoses on the car and said "wow these aren't even close"
Anyone know...
I'm setting up a supercharger and it's looking like the belts are going to be real close the the radiator. The belt that sit out the farthest is about 3" wide.
And that kills a lot of space.I saw some slim fans with shrouds and 2 -10" fans but the CFM was not listed. What are you guys running...
Depends,, If the ball joint came out of the control arm then the control arm is toast.
If the bottom of the ball joint is still in the control arm and just the ball joint came apart then it may be OK and you can replace just the ball joint.
you may have a 1/2 pipe thread if the holes look to small Auto meter makes an adapter part 2263
and this will also take up some of the long censor. you can check it out at summit racing's web sight
Then it will fit in the thermostat housing from auto zone
Don't use the fox master cylinder with rear disc brakes.
I did that and it felt fine. Then I got bit in the butt ,, The rear pads are gone and the fronts look good.
There's a check ball in there somewhere and it don't like disc brakes.
Trust me on this one.
Hi, Hey I'm going to replace the clutches in my 8.8 posi and I have a few questions.
The last 8.8 I set up I had a heck of a time getting the "s" spring back in

Ok,,,,,,,,If he has 245-45-17 he should be ok
If you are running the 255-55-17 then it will rub in the front when you cut the wheels all the way.
or at least that's the way mine works out and it is a 91 fox with SN-95 conversion front and rear.
mustang 5L5,, What was the name of the place you gave me to pick up the brake lines to put the 95 master cylinder on my fox? motor-sport or something
That place has the kit he needs.
Oh,, And thanks that place was great
your mechanic must be an old school guy. You got to remember back in the day, Parts moved slower and fit looser and heat was a problem. A thicker oil was usually best in everything if you were going to race.
That's why most of the old school guys are always wanting to thicken up the...
I have a supercharger intake that I will be running with a Mallory distributor so I think I have the top of the engine covered. And I have a set of valve covers.
I am just sort of wondering what I will need to do to the front and the oil pan.
If I pick this 94 engine up I would like to set...
I have the 17x8 bullitts on my 91 fox and they rubbed in the rear on the inside untill I installed the SN-95 axles and brakes there 3/4 longer. now it's just right.
The fronts are also 17x8 bullits and they rub when the wheels are cut all the way (the last 1/8 turn)-my tires are to big...
