Hi, I'm looking at motors for my fox and In ran across a motor out of a 95.
I am planing on using all the brackets and accessories off the 91 fox engine on the 95 engine. but there some things that I would like to know
1- will I need to change the timing cover?
2- will the oil pans be the same?
3- will the 95 harmonic balancer work with the fox accsories?
4-will the polit bearing be a problem? I'm runing a t-5 5 speed and this motor is out of a 95 automatic
Thanks Lee

I have a supercharger intake that I will be running with a Mallory distributor so I think I have the top of the engine covered. And I have a set of valve covers.
I am just sort of wondering what I will need to do to the front and the oil pan.
If I pick this 94 engine up I would like to set it all up and have it ready to drop in on the engine stand. And I would like to have all the accessories on the engine when I drop it in. Air conditioning, steering pump, alt. Ect

It's just that this supercharger set up has it's own belt off the lower pulley and I want to make sure that everything clears and that everything lines up ahead of time before I drop it in. if I have a problem I would like it to be while it's on the engine stand not after it's in the car.--might be easier this way--

It's starting to look like if I buy the 95 engine that I should find a 86-93 5.0 that I can strip everything off of for this engine. I would like to keep driving the fox until the 95 motor is ready to drop in.

any helpful tips or insight would be appreciated
Lee
