    Were you messing with your K&N filter lately? That looks like one of the two rubber bushings that are on the bottom side of your filter housing that push into the two holes below it.

    If you were worried about sucking in water, you could always get some kind of cap for the end of the hose and let it suck in air like it normally did until it stopped raining.

    Also where did you get all the materials for it? The aluminum sheeting, dome fasteners, Dzus fasteners, and carpeting. Can you explain a little more how the fabric is held on? Is it all held down on the trunk side or the front side?

    Here are mine. Not a very good angle though, but they are a hell of alot better than those cheap looking, foggy, stock ones. I bought mine off Ebay as well. Good quality. You might want to put some silicone around the seam just for added protection against leaks.

    Did you buy the car brand new or used? It might have different gears in it and not be calibrated for them. My friend has an auto with 4.10's and doesn't have a chip to correct the speedo yet. His will hit the limiter between 1st and 2nd at WOT.

    My friend and I had our GT's done like that. The Subaru dealer he works for did it. They just ruffed up the paint and painted on top of the original paint. It cost me 195.00. He probably got a better deal cause he works there. It makes it look alot meaner.

    NEW MRT WING

    They didn't need to make the thing that wide front to back in order to cover the holes did they? Seems alot wider than necessary. Needs to be trimmed back like the originals so more of the lid shows.
