I am wondering if anyone on here who has the Eibach Pro Kit springs on their car 94+ knows what the part numbers were on these? I just bought a set from a kid with a 96 GT and he said that they were on his car when he bought them. The problem is that they would barely fit on the front and I didn't notice any drop and I couldn't even come close to getting the rears in. Are these springs supposed to be taller than the stock springs? According to installation articles I have read they are supposed to go in easier than the stock. The rear Eibach's he gave me were like 1 1/2" taller than the stock springs and would not go in what-so-ever. I looked up the part number on Eibach's website and they don't match the numbers stamped on the springs. Any help would be appreciated.

yes, these are black, but are old. They have about 30,000 miles on them. The part number on the rear ones says, 3514.402. The ones on the front are still on, so I can't see the numbers, but I do know that they weren't the same as the rears, not even closely related. I do know the guy and have already talked to him. He is going to give me my money back when I get the springs off of the front. I just was wondering if these were the wrong ones. I still don't know how they fit on his car though.

I think you answered your own question. If the part numbers don't match then they aren't the right springs. I have a set of 99+ GT springs I'm about to put in my Cobra. Let me go see what the number is on them. 3510.302 is the part number that is stamped on the rear springs. You do not have Eibach pro kit springs. Don't know what you have but I would get my money back and get the springs from a DEALER. That is the problem with buying them from someone else.
