    In California the law for a car not having to smog is not 25 years...I think it was for a while now it is cars built in 1974 and older. It might even be 1972 and older that need to pass smog.     They were 110.00 each in sacramento at a regular chain tire store. Summit has goos prices on most car parts and you might save some buying rims from them too. I don't know what they charge with shipping.
