    :shrug: I have a Mach 460 system in my 2002 right now. I saw a Mach 1000 system for sale that includes the 4 amps, subs and wiring harness. Can I convert my system to a 1000 with this? My head unit has the phone button where the 1000 system has the Mach button, will that matter? Tks!

    MP3 Player w/ my Mach 460

    I have seen the FM modulated adapters but they lose a good bit of sound quality I think. I once had a CD changer that worked that way. I like my Mach 460 with the exception of its poor bass. I plan to add an amp and a small sub to take care of that.

    Horrible Engine Noise

    Well I changed the oil and put on a Motorcraft filter so I hope this solves the problem. I find it hard to believe but a filter and fresh oil are cheap enough to at least give it a shot. I still have to question if this is an early warning sign of a failing oil pump.

    Well I checked the oil and it was a little off the full mark but no where near low. The car is due for an oild change so when I do that this weekend, I'll make sure I put Motorcraft filter back on the car. Any other ideas or suggestions are welcomed. My old 5.0 never did this!

    I would have to agree with the masses on this one. I've got an 02 GT now but my 1990 LX rarely saw the "Stealership" once it was mine. Most recommended services were pretty simple to do yourself.
