    Hypertech/timing adjuster ???

    I am sure they would compete with one another in some way. With the Hypertech, the timing adjuster would no longer be needed. The programmer is more versatile anyway!

    Ricers stick them in their ridiculously loud coffee can mufflers, which make their cars lightening quick.......Yeh right! When I see them on the road, I make a special effort to blow their doors off, and show them what a real car can do. They usually look up in disgust! Fun!

    The oil used by K&N and other imitators is RED in color. Thats how quality control can easily check them before shipping!! If you filter was white, which I seriously doubt, then it needs oiling.     if you leave it off you wont have voltage drops that many people speak of when at idle. I didnt install my alt pulley and the car runs better!!

    How high can i raise the rev limiter on my auto.

    actually the optimum shift point for me is 5600 RPM. Unless the car is modified, they die out after the high fives anyway. To raise the limiter get a chip or a power programmer from hypertech. You need to make the car breath better, and get a little more fuel in, to get it to perform better...

    Hello, does anyone know what the wheel stud length is on the back wheel hubs on a 1999 GT. I was looking at spacers, but they must be deeper than the existing studs or you have to trim which I dont want to do!

    Hi, I think white is a little boring on such an aggressive car as a Mustang GT. The black is awesome, and looks great when clean. Also harder to maintain the clean look, and shows EVERY scratch and blemish! Still, black is a nice color on the GT!
