    Nate is right. The ECT sensor is the one in the hard coolant line on the passenger side front of the engine. I don't know how to test it but I've personally had to do it three times and my cousin had to do it as well on his old '94GT.

    Every time my fan has stopped it was due to a faulty ECT sensor. Get the napa metal one if yours needs replaced. The plastic ones suck.
