    on my 2002 I do remember having to put a washer between the timing cover and bracket on the bottom farthest left hole , if you bolted the bracket up without anything there you could see a gap between the bracket and the timing cover so it was obvious it needed the washer to space it correctly

    That hypertech probably just has the idle speed raised along with the other HACK programming they have on there , just basically maxes out the spark borderline table to 43 degrees so that it basically runs off the MBT spark table at all times , I have read the programming on the hypertech chips...

    Saw a guy recently left a rag in his intercooler , I have also seen numerous Procharger intercoolers split apart after a short period of time for no reason as well , Mach1s dont have IMRCs so that takes that out of the equation , you didnt leave a rag in the intake did you LOL , what plugs are...

    Fuel injection questions

    Set fuel pressure at 39 with no vacuum on the regulator , hook the vacuum line back up , verify your 0 mark on your balancer with TDC and make sure its not wobbling , set base timing at 10 degrees and then get it to a tuner for a dyno tune.

    Yes computer is probably different , post up the code and someone may be able to find a pinout for the PCM , but I would be looking for a mustangs computer if I were you.

    Where are you located , a flash tuner will not work if there is a chip in the ECM , you have to first remove the chip , in which case you need to have a custom tune for the SCT programmer that is setup for the supercharger , injectors , mass air etc. that you are running

    will sct chip help?

    If your fuel pressure is pegged high at near 80psi then you have a pinched return line back at the fuel tank , I have seen this a few times when people install new fuel pumps they pinch the line between the tank and the body of the car
