    Dyno Sheet In!

Specs...Hmmmm ok, if I forget anything remind me and I'll figure it out and repost. The Crank is stock but has been externally balanced to the same specs my brother uses for the DP engines he builds. Sorry that's not much info. The Connecting Rods are stock length forged Eagle rods...

    Dyno Sheet In!

I dyno'd my rebuilt 289 (My brother built the motor) a while back but only just now was able to make it available for you all to see. Let me know what you think of the results of my brothers work on a forty year old 289.

    what car to get?

I would go with the G35. I think you get more for your money from Infinity but that's just me. Personally, I like the BMW looks the best out of the three you listed but it will need to be maintained/repaired more and it will be more costly. Best of luck!

That's not right....just proved to everyone how much of a perv I am! Now you've got me thinking, maybe the wife is right about having too much **** on my computer? As far as the car goes, you're on your own for that trick!:owned:

How much does your Stang weigh?

Hey I parked right next to him at my last car show. He was checking out my 66 and I was checking out his 500.

    New Paint *pics

I sort of agree with you on that. Though Killgore wants black rims I was thinking more like the brushed looking FR500 with DD in the back. The down side to that is it will further delay a super charger...although the nitrous is working well. Edit: I guess they're not brushed...it's silver...

    New Paint *pics

More pics It was really dark outside when I took these so if the color looks a little of it's because the shutter had to stay open for like 10 minutes to get a good pic.

    New Paint *pics

The painter is a friend who goes to my church and hooked me up for $500. The black is so deep looking. There's a couple small flaws but with as many scratches that were fixed I'm really happy! If anyone is thinking of getting their car painted in NC, I would highly recommend Ayres Auto Body...

Back in January I was slightly rear ended which bumped me into the van in front of me. End result was both of my bumpers were totally scratched up and spider cracked. Well I finally got around to getting the bumpers repainted and I thru in a couple of extra bucks to get this result. I love it...

    Not so cool, COOLING problems

Does that kit fit the stock size radiator? If so, how much room do you have from the back of the fan motor to the water pump shaft?

    jmc hydraulic clutch

I too have a JMC in my 66 fstbk and there apears to be very little room. However, my thoughts were to get a very small booster like you would find on a street rod though, I'm not sure if there is one available. Does anyone know of any boosters that will fit in a 64-66 with a JMC installed...

    Rack and pinion steering

I'd like to see a "kit" which will allow you to bolt in an SN rack. You can pick those racks up really cheap and they much better then my box! Just a thought....oh and BTW, I'm really interested.

    Where is your clutch pedal????

I'm almost afraid to write for fear of being dimissed. :) My clutch pedal is slightly higher than my brake pedal. Although, I think mine may have something to do with my brake pedal and the rod that conects into my master. I think I broke it because I pulled on the brake pedal and it pulled the...

    Single chamber flowmasters

I too wanted something considerably louder then what I had which was two chamber 40's. After building my motor there was a considerable amount of back pressure, so much so that my new motor would barely run. So I went straight down to the muffler shop (without enough money for new mufflers) and...

    Not so cool, COOLING problems

I think I've found the source of my cooling problems. A while back I switched to a Derale electric fan. For some reason I thought maybe the fan wasn't moving enough air and decided to look into it. I found some website (which i can't find now) that said my electric fan should move about 4000...
