Not so cool, COOLING problems

I think I've found the source of my cooling problems. A while back I switched to a Derale electric fan. For some reason I thought maybe the fan wasn't moving enough air and decided to look into it. I found some website (which i can't find now) that said my electric fan should move about 4000 CFM. That seemed really high. When I compaired to my fan I found out that I am only moving 800 CFM.
So here's the question, anyone know of any electric fans, that fit a stock size radiator, that move a large amount of air...4K CFM. My radiator is about 15 1/2(W) X 16 1/2 (H).

HELP!

The only thing I know of, within reason of course, that'll move that much air is the Mark VIII fan. The thing is a beast at moving air and you'll need to upgrade the alternator to use it... fan pulls in excess of 100A on power up and 30A continuous. Other considerations are the 94/95 Mustang fan & the Taurus fan, tho I forget which year. Having overheating issues at idle or low speed?

What is the Derale model number?

I use direct fit HotRod Air fan with built-in shroud. Once the thermostat was properly inserted into core, keeps the engine cool in 100*+ weather.
It certainly does and with the AC on! And that HotRodAir fan/shroud kit is actually a Derale 16926 with an added thermostat and mounting brackets :D

Does that kit fit the stock size radiator? If so, how much room do you have from the back of the fan motor to the water pump shaft?
