    Fuel Pump (MIL On)

    I had that happen to me once, but I was having detonation. So I changed the fuel filter (it was clogged). I disconnected the battery and the code went away.

    Triax installed...now 4th grinds

    A short throw shifter is a lot tighter than a stock shifter, if you didn't notice your stock shifter is loose and sloppy and had some play in it. Your short throw is tight and more precise so in that case if you syncros are worn it will grind.

    I like my Steeda Triax, I have never tried the pro 5.0. But either one I have heard is pretty good. Although the Triax is cheaper.

    What makes a serpentine belt squeak?

    If the belt is too loose it will squeak. It may also squeak if get on it. So I would take it back and get one like 1/2-1 1/2 shorter depending on how much play you have.

    The heads bolts where clean or new, and torqued to spec right? To me it sounds like a cracked head or just leakey gasket. Might try a copper head gasket ($50 a piece.)

    No more throw out bearing chirp!!!

    Be careful though. If the throwout bearing throws out :D there will be some damage on your pressure plate and you will have to spend extra money instead of just replacing the bearing
