Which Chip? Custom Tuning?

I have a question what chip is the best buy for the buck? And What is the different between just getting a Regular Diablo chip, and a custom tuned chip? Are they more expensive?

as of right now, you really dont need one. Im beginning my HCI and ill be getting a diablosport one. i think ill be getting the 3 tuned one.
