    CAI Help!

    since you said it has a MAF, you have to make sure the vacuum lines are all hooked up, the MAF is inline with the intake, and the ACT (air charge temperature) sensor is plugged in.

    don't take the swap lightly, it is pretty much easy but if a real problem hits you... yea I don't need to go into it.... just saying it's easy, just be careful becuase it can turn into a big mess... ... I wish my engine would run right..... it keeps popping oilfilters :(

    well it's not a ford but I need help...

    well I'm put the idle up to about 1000, but if I start to throttle it abit it like to stick at1,500-sometimes 2000rpm. it runs fine asomewhat fien any other time. the exhuast though sounds liek it's putting but the engine sounds fine. could it be a damaged cat make a car run like this?

    ok yea I know I have a vacuum leak but can't find it for the life of me... I do have a vacuum/boost guage to the vacuum usually sits around -10-13lbs now, everyonce in awhile it sits at -15lbs. I ran codes befoe but I'll run them again, I only have MC plugs I don't have enough for wireset...

    umm yea title says it all, this puppies are on a spare head so ther is no oil on it, and these are hell to try to pull out, any advise on getting them out or am I just gonna have to sit here with liquid wrench.mystery oil, and any other thin lubricant?

    ford will never put a 4 banger back in the stang, if they we're to do any "super" small engine it would be a V6 nothing smaller, but seeing how ford is going "retro" with ideas the only power house will be a V8 ... ford has the focus for the 4 bangers and maybe someday if they ever really bring...
