    when you try to shift to fast and it dosent go in all the way and you let the clutch out and it makes a grinding sound. Not that i have ever done it:rolleyes:

    Would it be bad to just not put a cat back on the car. I know it would sound better with mufflers but would would happen performance wise if it just stopped after the hpipe.     Started up the stang today.

    Well the car has been sitting for about 4 months now. I pulled it out of the garage and finished putting a few things back together on it. It has just open headers on it right now. And wow was it loud. Sounded like a funny car :shock: But im going to finish putting the rest of the exhaust on it...

    i just f'ed something up...help

    i did the same thing. (sort of:bang: )And my batt light came on, and the voltage meter was reading low. Alternater was fried. If you dont drive the car alot it will just run off the batt. Eventually it will die. Take the alt to autozone and have them check it. But it sounds exactly what happened...

    see my mods, 13.97 @ 106 mph, damn!

    i used to play with a gtech all the time when i had my camaro. The 1/4 time was right. I was always around 13.7to 14.0 on the gtech and track. But at the track my mph was always 101 and the gtech was always about 107.

    ya you should be way faster. my lx went 14.1 @97 with a cold air intake and pullies. You had a decent 60'. Im no expert but you mph seems really low.
