    i think its like this.. if you do this "mod" on a normal motor ur using in a car u drive on the street, even if its only at the track u drain the oil low is in the same ball park as "being" with a woman and not making sure she is ready to go. your only going to see her so many more times before...

    i dont think anyone really meant anything bad we just dont want anyone to blower there motors reading this and not looking into it first. Personally i dont think the small gains from it would be worth the poss added valve train damage but thats just me.

    check for gas leaks first like the other member said. If you have a leak most likley the area in question will be very clean compaired to surounding areas.id check all the lines to the injectors and all the way back to the tank with the car off and then running after if the leak isnt obvious...

    thats not for a street car its a trick some drag racers do but i wouldnt advise it especially if not trailering your car to the track and rebuilting the motor every X amount of passes.

    I looked about 7 or 8 months for a low mile really clean 94-95 cobra .Lot for sale but not a lot of ones people hadnt already messed with. waiting to find one you really want maked owning it much more satisfying.

    and im sure you know this but it happens to all of us from time to time, make sure you change the volt meter positve cable over to the fused amp corisponding conector. Hate it when i blow fuses on the volt meter .. max alowable draw is .05 Amps on most modern cars

    not a problem i have an ac machine at work :D Ill just have to fugure out how much i need to bend . honestly it looks like it needs to move a good 3 or so inchs. thats a chit load

    im going to give what you say a try out shaun. I just get nervious bending ac lines.. I cant find a shop that will fab up a custom line with metal tubing in it only ones that will make a line out of hose and ive heard this isnt as good of an idea with all the pressure in the 134 system compaired...

    air conditioner help please...

    normally when i do any ac work on a car and have the lines off before charging the system with r134a i would vacume the system down to negative 30psi or so..you dont want air in the system to start with.

    you may see some blackish residue around the leaking area as well
