    I would call his department or better yet just go down there, and file a complaint. Let his superiors know about the situation and they will be able to help you more than any court. If you go to court the cop will lie and make up a story. It has happened to me plenty of times.

    Window motor question

    I recently replaced the pass side window motor. Now it works only sometimes and it doesn't stop trying to go up when its at the top. It also doesn't stop trying to go down when its all the way down. any suggestion?
