    I'm getting ready to order my griffin 31'' x 19'' rad. It's the one for 189.95 from summit. The tube size is 1''. Now I'm looking at the 14-16 psi cap. It says it fits all rads with a 1.5'' neck. Is the neck diameter the same size as the tube diemater? If so which cap did you guys use...

    Hey guys I just installed my new m.g. t-stat. I only applied gasket sealer to the manifold side of the gasket. The t-stat housing went on fine. It's tight now. Is it still possible that the t-stat is still out of place so that I might have a leak afterwards? I just made sure it didn't...

    Clutch replaced = $0 if you do it yourself :-) I'd get a new flywheel while you're at it. Depending of course on how much power you're planning on adding.

    Daniel50: Got that clip yet? I;d love to hear it. You've also got an x-pipe which should give the car a nice exotic tone. But the 1 chambers make it loud as hell. Does it sound more like a 4.6?

    Yup..I test-drove an LX auto vert. Now I went with a manual LX. So much fun to drive. Shifting gears is a part of driving a car. Add a short-throw shifter and you're all set. Do the swap man.

    Refilling coolant...

    Well I can hear steam coming from somewhere in the water pump. When I pop the rad cap it's gone....no more pressure. I also think my rad has a lot of calcium build-up. When I opened the cap on the left hand side the buildup was pretty bad.
