    You all have problems with water getting inside, then later draining out, of the stock GT scoop? :shrug: I don't have that problem. Mine has gasket between the scoop and the hood, and that seems to pretty well seal the scoop from getting water inside.

    I have to agree. The KarKraft kit looks like a better way to go than with the original CDC kit. The KarKraft kit is all Ford, including using the Mach 1 factory hood. The CDC kit uses your original GT hood, but requires the addition of that "tacked-on looking" applique.

    Do you have a GT (then you already have the mounting brackets), or do you have a V6 (then you need to get the mounting brakets).

    Instead of a resistor, I would use a diode or two in series. That would give you a fixed voltage drop, and therefore, have the Auto Meter guage brightness always a fixed amount less than the rest of the dash.

    Stalling is one of the common problems associated with oil from your K&N air filter contaminating your MAF sensor. Rough idling and hesitation are a couple of the others.
