Forgot to add it has a power seat with the seat extenders so fits a 6' or taller person. Some pics showing dynamat, new headliner, new clutch and the rebuilt trans out when doing the clutch. Trans is leak free and the fluid is still as red as when it was put in new from the rebuild. It does have...

Yes, forgot about that. Not sure what the latest/greatest is, but 10 years ago was a 80mm Pro M matched the injectors

    Guess The Horsepower

24's won't work. I mean, those have done it and used an FMU but it's not the way to go. Redoing the fuel system (upgrading pumps, etc) would be a good idea. Custom dyno tune. The TB and intake could go bigger. 70 or 75mm and port intake or get a better one. But those are pretty minor and...

    65mm Tb???

Agree on BBK. It will work ok though. Accufab's are the best of all that I've used except maybe the old FRPP 65's. Yes, you can reuse you old TPS if it is working now on your new one. I don't believe Accufab includes the TPS.

Progress Thread 1990 Lx 5.0 Dark Titanium "one Last Ride"

Posted a FS ad today. Clutch is great and very quiet. Cleaned up a bit under the hood. Needs a deep cleaning which will be done before next weekends car show I've pre-registered for.

None; I just got the adapter Grant recommended and it was painless. That was 10 years ago or more but would assume it's still the same deal. I wasn't worried about cruise, so I opted to not relocate those.

I had this one on my old 93 GT. I forget the Grant model number but I spent a while finding a wheel I liked.

I don't disagree, but I drive a manual daily and no problems with it (hydraulic). This car is too much for me!

Progress Thread 1990 Lx 5.0 Dark Titanium "one Last Ride"

I didn't want to deal with the extra expense at the time. But as time goes on I don't see me enjoying this car. It's just not fun to drive like they used to be for me. It's a bummer, but if I can't enjoy it and it be comfortable, it doesn't make sense.

Progress Thread 1990 Lx 5.0 Dark Titanium "one Last Ride"

The trans is back in with (thankfully!) no surprises, issues, frustrations. I even got it all in myself. All that's left is topping off the fluid, bolting the shifter back on, and test driving it. The pedal feels of less effort but it's still really too much for me. So not really looking...
