    thats what i did i went to the dealership to get a remote and get it programed but they sayed i didnt have an alarm on the car. there is a little red led on the dash next to the rear defroster (96gt) so i figured i had an alarm on it. if that helped any let me know thanks for the help guys

    not really sure but i got a 96gt with 164000 miles on it and drive 50-90 miles a day and its all stock and went to the track the last day open and my best run that night was 14.8 with traction problem. best run all stock was 14.5 the car is still fast
