    Trans Pan

Actually, quite a few of them add 2 qts to the capacity. This is the B&M one I'm considering: http://store.summitracing.com/partdetail.asp?part=BMM%2D40287 They show the same part number for the AODE and the 4R70W....is that right? Would the same pan fit both?? WES

    Powdercoating SS bumper letters

I have a set of Scott Winger Stainless Steel bumper letters (excellant quality BTW) and was thinking of having them powdercoated gloss black before I install them. What do you think? I know nothing about powdercoating and will have it done by a pro. Is it possible to have these coated?? Would...

    Trans Pan

Question about aftermarket transmission pan for automatic trans: Is there any advantage to these besides being equipped with a drain? I see that some of them are larger and hold 2 quarts more...is that a problem with ground clearance on lowered stangs? How much does the larger pan hang down? I...

    stick to auto

5spd to auto?? usually it's the other way around. There's always people on here asking about swapping from Auto to 5spd...maybe you could talk with one of those people and simply trade parts. That way you both get what you want at little to no expense. just a thought, WES

    ported plenum

OK, I know it's been debated, but let me here some more thoughts on porting the stock plenum vs. the C&L plenum. Also, anyone use this guy on eBay?? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=36474&item=2441133251 He offers his services for $60 to port your OEM...

Who has the "Honeycomb Panel Set" on their Stang?

No, I have no problem with it retaining water. I assume you mean like how the honeycomb insert in the hood scoop retains water. With the hood scoop the water comes out from under the scoop, but with the honeycomb for the rear there is no way for the water to get under it. It mounts and is...

Who has the "Honeycomb Panel Set" on their Stang?

Here's a pic I took today of mine after the install of the black rear spoiler and hood scoop (don't mind the two different types of wheels....i was trying to find the cause as to why my car grabs every rut in the road). WES

Who has the "Honeycomb Panel Set" on their Stang?

I was able to re-use my Ford emblem (still on for over a year). My GT emblem got ruined when I pulled it off.

Who has the "Honeycomb Panel Set" on their Stang?

Hear it is on my '01 GT. I got them about a year ago when they were cheap...I think I paid about $89 from California Mustang, but the set is a but more now. They mount with double sided tape and I have had no problems with them. WES

    rims, springs, & exhaust fitment

Are people running into fitment problems with 10.5" wide rear wheels when coupled with a cat back exhaust and lowering springs?? Ultimately, i'd like to go with an 18x10.5 rear wheel, magnaflow catback (& midpipe), and eibach pro kit plus suspension. Anyone see this as a possible problem...

Did Ford have a TSB on the squeeky window?

I had the dealer fix my squeaky driver's side window when it was under warranty twice. All they do is apply some kind of wax to the window. it hasn't squeaked in a year. WES
