rims, springs, & exhaust fitment

Are people running into fitment problems with 10.5" wide rear wheels when coupled with a cat back exhaust and lowering springs?? Ultimately, i'd like to go with an 18x10.5 rear wheel, magnaflow catback (& midpipe), and eibach pro kit plus suspension. Anyone see this as a possible problem??

Dead Lurker had a problem with his basanni cat back and 315 drag radials. He had to have the catback cut and rewelded to fit.

yep I did have that problem and I have to have them cut again since I got a new bassani catback.
