    Both of my headers gaskets where melted or blow out causing a major exhaust leak. Would this explain why my HP #'s were low? What else does blown header gasket cause on my 93? A guy told me it would be a major vacuum leak, is this right? Thanks, Kurt

    idle surges, help

    They been on for a couple of weeks. I can leave the spout in to time it and adjust it to 0 degrees and it goes away. I pull the spout and crank it up to 10 degrees or above it surges. What up with that?

    My leak is at the head and header, i'm going to fix that first. I double checked my reading when I take the vacuum off the fuel pressure drops. Also I included in my first post the dyno sheet with A/F readings. Man I'm getting to hate modding!!!!

    I had the timing up to 18 degrees and it made 238hp & 291tq without any detonation so I set it to 16 degrees right now. I adjusted the fuel pressure gauge and adjustable fuel pressure, it runs 50-52 with vacuum and 46-48 w/ vacuum off. But the wide band showed 13.0 A/F.

    I installed a Densecharger fenderwell CAI with a 75mm Pro-M meter when I did my H/C/I, now my idle surges when I come to a stop at a light. Could the CAI be causing this?

    Pedestal Vs. Stud

    It is easier to adjust with studs. I have AFR 165 heads and Scorpion RR. I used stock length pushrods just make sure they are harden pushrods. They put guide plates on the heads aand if the pushrods are not harden they will wear.

    timing chain gear installation question

    7-up bill, is this on the stock cam? I heard the crower 15511 cam as a 4 degree advance ground in and it makes killer HP up top for a mild cam.

    Cold Air kit for 4 bolt inlet style MAF in a FOX
