    bent pushrod

    i have a bent pushrod just one i took the intake off today and thought maybe i had a stuck lifter but when i got the intake off the lifter was not stuck and i got it out with no effort at all. could it be just a spent pushrod? theres no scoring or anything anywhere that i could see. anyone...

    re i did replace that shaft seal when i did the motor last week i guess i should have replaced more than just the cam and gaskets? i dont know how to pot pics what would you want if i can figure out how?

    i have a leak looks like its coming from the distributor where it goes in the block. i was told to pop off my dipstick a litttle because i may have bad bearings or something and it should releive the crankcase pressure? :bang:

    ummmm maybe traction control either way once he shuts it off and restarts it it goes fine someone said maybe a o2 sensor or mass air sensor?

    a friend of mine has a 01 cobra convert when he starts it the o/d light comes on and it runs like crap he then shuts it off and restarts it and its fine this has happened a few times lately. no codes come up no check engine nothing any ideas?

    Lebanon Valley Dragway, NY Ford Day Sat. June 18th!

    i was there it was my first time to lebanon valley wasnt to impressed with the way things were run. the track itself is nice though i pulled my fastest run so far wich isnt to fast to most of you lol but i pulled a 15.1 finally been a 15.2 for a year now

    i will look into it this week i replaced the whole switch that you are talking about the handle and all that maybe its the wiring pinched or like you said the wrong year i ordered it for a 97 but who knows it looked the same and had the same connector points
