    Hi, Sounds liek the trans is toast. What color is the fluid? Also, check the vacuum modulator for traces of trans fluid. Hope that helps.

    running problems

    Hi, Are you still runing the stock N/A pump and injectors? As for timing, i 'think' for the 2.3 T, it needs to be at 12* but im not 100% sure. The info is out there though. Usually you can increase the timing until you can hear pinging with 93 octane. Dont forget to unplug the spout...

    oil pressure problem

    Hi, The factory gauges cant always be trusted. Id hook up an oil pressure gauge for a better reading and go from there. Usually at higher RPM's, the oil pressure should be greater as the oil pump is working harder.

    Electrical problems

    I had the same problem and it ended up been the dimmer switch. You can jumper the multifunction switch by jumpering B+ and I to see if your dash lights are working ok. If they dont, check the fuseable links by the Starter Relay on the drivers side fender.

    Do you have any CEL codes? and did you have your ICM tested recently? This is a very baffling problem. Hows your wiring harness?

    DIS Problem, Tach at 1/2, codes 223,224

    Hi, You can have the ICM tested at some stores. Codes 224 and 223 usualy are a sign of a bad ICM, even more so if your tach is acting up.
