Hi all,

I am needing some help on diagnosing the no start condition of my Mustang.

The stang is a 1993 2.3l LX Convertible with the DIS igniton.

The problem is the engine will turn over but not fire. I no longer hear the Fuel Pump prime the system either. I hooked up my OBD1 Scanner and the only code i got was the 543 - Fuel Pump Secondry Circuit Failure.

I was assuming that it was my Fuel Pump relay but that relay is located in the CCRM. I tried to source a new or refurbished CCRM but after long hours of looking online, no body sells them. Even trying the Ford OEM parts sites was a no go.

So, my questions are -

How do i hot wire my fuel pump to test it? I just need to use a paper clip in the Fuel Pump Test point to the Computer Test Ground point on the ECC test connector right?

Also, does anyone know where i could buy the CCRM or tell me what other electrical tests i could conduct to see why my fuel pump isnt priming? Im certain thats why my car isnt starting.

My Intertia switch is not tripped either.

Thanks for anyone that can help.
