    Gas Tank Sealant ~ 69 Mach I

    Can anyone recommend a sealant for the fuel tank to the body overlap? I am going to need just plain old seam sealer for some other parts of the car, think this is a good alternative?:shrug: or does it need to be more flexible?

    If I must.... The issue I have is the car was a factory disc/drum setup and I am leaving it that way. This is a factory Mach I built in NJ Feb 26 1969. I hate drilling additional holes:nonono: but will follow instructions.

    Just tried fitting my new Power Brake Booster and noticed there are (5) studs on the boost. (4) long and one about a 1/2" long. Well...... there is no existing hole in the firewall to accept the short stud? Any ideas?

    Ok, will try and splain this best I can. New SS fuel line from F-R. My question is how is this supposed to be routed under the rear Frame rail. Is it supposed to be tight against the rail/tub? Finess bend it in place? Next, front rail was not replaced but hole for clip has disappeared...

    Anyone know where to purchase these without overpaying?:shrug: This is the lever the parking/emergency brake attaches to which is behind the brake shoe. My "Body shop" guys lost it and claim they have no more parts of mine.......... :mad:

    :shrug:Can anyone provide a location for the fuel gauge wire in the body? This is where it exits the inside of the car drops down to connect to the sending unit. Im assuming the body shop forgot to put it in.:shrug:

    :shrug:Has anyone deleted the radiator saddles and just used the bolting to secure it? This is an aftermarket 3 core aluminum radiator and vertical adjustability is tight.:shrug:

    Stock shroud? :hail2:Ok, thanks folks for the recs. I went with a Champion (3) core AL CC339. Just came in and it is B-E-A-UTIFUL. Of course my next question is concerning a stock shroud. I have a (5) blade 17" fan. I have staggered in/out 1.50"dias. Anyone know where I can get a shroud?:shrug:

    Cool man. thanks, will email him :nice:I have been around some wires in my time and my plan "B" option is to de-pin the housings and search for the terminals that snap in. I have seen connector types come and go but the contacts are pretty much the same. Anyone tried this?:shrug:

    2 frame rail questions

    What are those Reinforced holes for I believe those (2) holes with tubes are for the shipping/transportation brackets. Some dealers never removed them and later others used them to suppport the dual exhaust.:)
