    Oh yea the 1.9 was before i added the o/r pipe and the predator. Now im running 13.6 with a 2.0 60'. I think if i can get the launch perfected or had better track prep I could pull a 1.9 with my current setup.

    So is it a known fact the 160* will cause the coolant to circulate to much and not stay in the radiator long enough to keep the temps around 170 or 180? And how hot have people seen their coolant get with a 180* in hot weather?

    Well the track pep was really good and i power brake till just before the wheels start to spin. I've only cut a 1.9 twice though and it was on the same day with really good track prep like i said before

    If you want to hook the fan up to a switch just do a search for fan switch and you'll find what wire you need to tap into

    NX Plate kit

    Ok that makes sense but I'd still like to get a dry kit because it seems like more things could go wrong with a wet kit and i dont want to spray fuel through my intake. Does anyone make them for a 4.6?

    Mongoose kit or Kenny Bell?

    Thats the other problem i have with kenne bell, they create way to much heat even with an intercooler. If i was running a supercharger i would not want intake air temps that high.

    Do you have the 1.7 or the 2.2? i wouldnt compare an s-trim to the 2.2, but comsidering your altitude thats a really good time and the first kenne bell car with track times that have impressed me. What other mods or weight reduction have you done?

    I would go with the mongoose kit. Im not sure what your looking for but if i did a supercharger i would want which ever one will give me the best track times. I could be wrong but it seems to me that most screw type blowers are dyno queens but dont deliver at the track for the amount of power...

    air intake temperature

    I dont know where you live but here in southeastern pa the hottest i've seen mine is like 120 but after i start moving it usually goes down to around 100 or in the 90s i cant really remember. And that was when it's about 90 outside
