Whats the advantage of the plate kit of the regular wet kit? And who makes a dry kit for the returnless fuel system?

it's safer. no nozzles flying out of the intake tube and starting fires. plus it is less area for the extra fuel too puddle in..

Ok that makes sense but I'd still like to get a dry kit because it seems like more things could go wrong with a wet kit and i dont want to spray fuel through my intake. Does anyone make them for a 4.6?
