    Mark VIII Motor

I've been doing a bit of research and the swap doesn't look that hard, especially considering I already have an automatic. The only things I'm really concerned about are the sensors and the wiring of everything.

    Mark VIII Motor

Over the winter I really want to work on something, either the engine in my GT or build up something else. I have just purchased a Lincoln Mark VIII (93 or 94 I think, got it for really cheap), the car is trash but the engine runs and is in great shape, I think it has around 113k miles on it...

    a good idea, or not?

3 times the work IS much more work, it's 3 times the work. Think about it, $50,000 might get you a Shelby GT500 if you own a dealership and know a lot of people and are very lucky, but 3 times that, $150,000, will get you a Ford GT. Huge difference.

    Good deal on Vortech V-2

I mean click the button that says something like "email me a quote" because the price is too low to be put online, and they will email you an instant price quote.

Lowering springs for the 99. CC Plates a have to?

I don't have them. My car is way out of alignment and pulls to the right, but it did this before the springs, no noticeable difference.

    Good deal on Vortech V-2

If you get a price quote from them, the actual price is significantly lower than that and may save you the hassle.

Haha I was reading your sig and was like "What the hell, he did a full PI swap and has VT N/A Stage I heads, how does that apply to me?", then I looked down

    Will a 1993 FM/AM radio/tape player work in a 1998 4.6L GT?

I have the radio / cd player (2 separate units) I'm pretty sure are from from a 98' gt that were given to me with the car, but I went with an aftermarket unit, if you're interested PM me.

Oh, those comp cams sound pretty good, close to stock too. I don't really care about sound, I just want the power and something that would work with a blower in the future.

So I'm staying N/A for now but eventually want to go supercharged, would they work in a supercharged application or would I be better off going with PI cams?

PS Your car is awesome, you've got basically the exact same look I want minus the spoiler, I think I'm going spoilerless. SN-95's + Cobra R Hood + Cobra Bumper =

I did, none on there right now. Would the Crower Stage I's be a worse choice than the PI cams?

    Camshaft Choices

So this winter I want to do a cheap PI Camshaft install, as per this guide: Cam Swap On SOHC 4.6 1998 GT The problem is, I can't seem to find any PI camshafts anywhere! So here is my two part question: 1) I plan to go supercharged in the next couple of years or so. Instead of the PI...

    bbk underdrive pullies???

They're around the same price now, so it doesn't really matter. I recommend getting one from BamaChips Tuning, as you get three free tunes with it.

SCT X3 With BamaChips Tune In!

I think Doug at BamaChips knows enough about these cars to get the tune close enough to great, or at least much better than stock. Plus, there is absolutely no way I could justify the cost of a dyno session for a bolt on NPI automatic GT.
