    does anyone know if a vacuum leak would affect you gas mileage alot( my idle is about between 900-1000)? its pretty the only thing left that i havent looked at. codes 44 and 94.

    Alright so i looked at my tps the other day and theres a hollow circle through it. did something fall out of it ? I thought that its filled or something or is it ok?

    So ive been getting terrible gas mileage (8 mpg), but my car is running great. I got code 94 air diverter solenoid circuit fault and code 44 Thermactor air system fault. Does anyone know what i have to look at for these codes? Thanks

    what does the tps actually do? Is there nothing in the middle of it just like a circle cut out? because mines like that and i seen a picture and its filled.

    I looked at my tps and theres nothing in the middle of it? I can see the end from that thing that opens and closes inside the throttle body.

    i have ran some seafoam through the brake booster and fuel also. Ill try cleaning those things tomorrow. What should i use carb cleaner? would a fuel pump kill switch have anything to do with it or affect it? It probably sounds stupid but I dunno.

    also i do have a higher idle sometimes and sometimes it will fluctuate up and down slowly.

    did you guys drop down your exhaust? I have the stock exhaust so its welded on hangars and I cant use use anythign long to get in there. Im just gonna take it to a guy tomorrow that I know of at a shop.

    Im trying to change my transmission fluid and i was wondering where the fill hole is that? I found the drain on the passenger side near the bottom. Is the fill hole the hole directly above it?     Poor Gas Milage help

    ahhh bad gas mileage. I just got my car, filled up 4 days ago, and went 100 miles and i am a line below the half tank. Recently did an air filter, spark plugs and wires, and today im changing the o2s. Hopefully thats what it is.

    so i should open the front drain and let it all drain out and that should be .5 to 1 quart right?

    Yesterday i changed my oil along with the oil filter and it took 6 quarts. It just a little bit above the full line (close enough to it). I thought they only take 5 quarts? or was this because i changed the oil filter 2?

    The other day i went to fill up with gas ( first day i got the car ) and i noticed it goes past the F like u overfilled a lot? But it works fine and goes down. Does anyone elses gauge do this? I have a 88 GT.

    valve covers

    I have a valve cover leak on one side and i plan on fixing it but prob not for a while since its not bad. i will wait til i have some time and can take it slow. Is this a hard job at all and am i going to have to remove anything else to get the covers off?
