Alright so i looked at my tps the other day and theres a hollow circle through it. did something fall out of it ? I thought that its filled or something or is it ok?

The original motorcraft TPS sensors were sealed, but the replacements from the parts store are open in the middle like you are describing. That is why the replacements are much more sensetive to moisture, so if you are gonna spray the engine off cover up your TPS.
