    stupid question: what do you call the slide of the back end?

    When I am on a good curve, going at "some" speed, the car will "slide" when I drive over the expansion plate of a bridge or highway. The only way I can best describe it is it's like a plane yawing. Is this wheel hop and how do I fix it? many thanks, Doc

    when you say "wheel it off" do you mean an orbital buffer? The car is an 06 gt, tungsten grey. When I tried to get it off the rims with cleaner wax, it was a real bear on the flat part of the rim, easier (but still stuck) on the "spokes". This might be my excuse to buy a buffer. Doc

I clay barred off some of it, and then used a mothers cleaner wax, it removed some of it, but only after much pressure. I only used it on the rim, as I don't want to scratch or damage...
