    i wouldnt see why that wouldnt work... i actually just orderd the same fuel lines and fittings without the pump. Seem like pretty good hose. I think the fuel pump is a holley with the summit name on it.

    my 8" in my 68 doesnt have a drain plug... you have to pull the 3rd member off to replace the gasket. Pull the axles... drive shaft.... all the bolts on the 3rd member and then make sure you have a jack for the rear end "its heavy". I can swap out my 3rd member in 45 mins now. The hardest part...

    upgrade....!!! i went with an updated 1 wire and 160 amps. it sounds like your voltage regulator is getting bad, i always had bad luck with those. now that i have upgraded ive noticed ...... easy turn overs, not more dim lights, no light flickers at idle, and my battery now stays full.
