    Prospective owner asks: V6 or V8?

    Get the GT. If you get the V6, chances are you'll second guess it in the future and say "I wish I got the V8" Either way, good luck!

    Well, I'm a Mustang owner again. I bought an 07 GT Premium, 5 speed w/ dark charcoal leather. It's a WORLD apart from my old 04 GT. I'm already in love with the car. :nice: Now the next question is.. which color stripes on satin silver, white or black?

    auto or stick??

    I had an automatic 04 GT, and now I've got a manual 07 GT. The manual is ten times more fun (of course the 3v is also faster) It's VERY fun to drive 90% of the time. Parking lots suck. Get a 5 speed!

    Taking care of my car

    Change all the fluids when you're supposed to (don't forget trans fluid if its an automatic) Wash it yourself, not at a drive through car wash, and use a microfiber towel to avoid swirls

    Thanks. Also, is it worth spending all the extra cash to get them painted on, or is quality 3M vinyl really fine? I know most people (and ford) use vinyl.

    Power Steering Fluid

    My power steering fluid looks a little low(slightly below the min line) so I want to add a little, but in the manual it says to use Mercon ATF. Isn't that auto tranny fluid? What do you use? Thanks :shrug:

    Plenum Cover?

    How long did stock tires last you?

    My stocker goodyears only lasted me about 13,500.. Its time to replace them. Didn't do any big burnouts, didn't spin them or do little peelouts TOO much. Is this normal?
