    You didnt say anything about the condition of the front tires. I had a similar problem with my stock front end, all i did was replace the worn front tires and the problem was gone. i didnt think the tires were the problem but they were. hope that helps.. ray

    Well the motor is going together this week, 393 stroker 40. over. does anyone know what the cylinder to wall clearance should be? im using forged pistons. the engine builder says its a little tight but wasnt very specific. any help would be great....

    Thanks Jason, i thought about cutting down the coast high elbow and with the lowered motor mounts i might be in the ball park, but as you know, money is a factor. if i go the tubular k member route w/ lowering mounts, that might do it for the same price of a cowl hood and paint. ill research...
