    ok, i just pretty had a pair of heads, cam and intake maniforld put on. i was about to change my oil and was wondering what type of oil i should run. I'm not running synthetic because the block has over 100k. but what non synthetic oil do u guys recomend? Thanks.

    i'm using the correct speedogear, but that only affects the speedometer, not the tach. the tach would be accurate regardless... so, i'm simply left with getting a higher gear ratio once i modify my car, huh?

    he's got 4.10s on a aod.. which means he's close to 6k rpm on thrid gear.

    my convertible went from a 15.8 stock to a 14.7 by just changin gears and adding a shift kit. then to a 14.4 with a five speed swap. I'm running out of gear at the end of the 1/4 mile though... So keep that in mind. if you plan on modding your aod heavily please go with 373 or 390s...
