    It's very thick.. and the inside is ribbed/reinforced.. watching it on the dyno.. it doesn't flex at all. The car is/was garage kept for most of it's life.. it's in very good condition, inside and out.. That's the original battery too.. ;) I'm about to replace it with a Optima.

    Here's how it comes out.. I did cut the hole out for my intercooler pipe to pass under the intake.. but, I mainly did that just for the ease of making my piping.. it could be done without cutting the hole.. but, the piping would be a little longer, with more bends..
