    the easiest way to get just about anything in newer mustangs (subwoofer wise is to do a downfiring box. it can be low profile and there is no chance of damaging the subs.

    what rpm are you at when crossing the line in 4th? a t-5 and 4.10 equipped stang tops out 4th at around 115, so i have to guess that you are pretty low in 4th.

    don't forget you will need a new diff also. can't just throw in the 31 spline axles. so figure, axles, 31 spline t-lock and c-clip eliminators.

    its not the power that's really gonna kill them, its the traction. what are you doing for tires and suspension? shop around, a set of 31 spline axles and a rebuilt, used 31 spline t-lock won't be very expensive.
