    Vortech bypass valve

How hard was it to tune with you reducing the diameter right before and after the maf? Mines ugly, but I used 4" pipe 1' before and after the maf. Did you also use a maf extender to support 750 rwhp with that maf? I understand your's has more range, but that's also determined by the size of...

    Vortech bypass valve

No, but you might want a bigger bypass. The ic will had more volume. The other problem is, once the volume gets big enough, it can cause back washing of the maf, when redirecting back in the inlet pipe. One reason I switched to push through. But I ran a Ic redirecting for years until I upped the...

    No Warm Air

Check your water level. I know you replaced the thermo 6 montha ago, but it still could be stuck open. Also there's 2 vacuum hoses the control the temp control check those too.

    Vortech bypass valve

You could, but you would have to relocate the maf, and go push through instead of drawl through. Any bypass can be used as a BOV. But sense the maf is before the bypass you would be venting air that has already been measured, and accounted for by the computer.

Then the upr is the one you want. I have had the headers off twice and changed the motor mounts since. Both jobs were easy with this kit. Plus it's the ligheast and cheapeast among the decent set ups.

    wanting to upgrade the blower

It also depends how a car is setup . I beat a lot of cars that did better or almost as well as me in the 1/8 in the 1/4 because they were better suited fot it. My best 1/8 with 516/452 was only a 7.2 @ 100.69. But I can pick up over 30 mph in second half. If I only raced the 1/8 most of...

    wanting to upgrade the blower

That's why I liked Vortech. The ease at which you can upgrade I can put a huge YSI trim on my bracket for 2k which can support 1000rwhp or I can upgrade my little s-trim to a T-trim for 500 which can support 750+. My original setup only cost 3200 tuned and now it supports 600.

    8 rib AC delete?

I think I found something for 30. Go to rockauto.com and look under the 2003 f150 Harley addition then under heating and air conditioning. It's listed as an AC bypass pulley.

    8 rib AC delete?

    8 rib AC delete?

I know Riechard racing has an adjustable one but it's an arm and a leg. I like the price of the Ford racing kit but they only come in a 6 rib. Is there another alternative or an 8 rib idler pulley that will fit on the ford racing bracket? Thanks.
